Race Timing Services

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) timing is the technology we use to accurately identify participants as they cross timing points during a race. Each participant is assigned a timing chip that communicates with antenna mats placed at the finish line and other timing points.

As participants cross a timing point, the system reads their chip and records the exact time. This allows organized race results to be generated automatically—without relying on hand timing or manual sorting. The result is faster, more accurate results for both participants and event organizers.

Zoo City Timing provides timing for community 5Ks, fundraising races, road races, and similar events. From smaller community events to competitive road races, our RFID timing setup is designed to capture accurate finishes and keep results organized for participants.
